Yeah, he's real good. Liked him right away. I think he's 17 or 18 now.

There's a terrific album of him in a quartet, "New York Lullaby".

Yeah, he's really good. I'm looking forward to hearing more of him. It's
really something that he can play ballads beautifully at his age, and not just dazzle with pyrotechnics.

He has amazing technical skill, but all of his ideas have been taken straight from the masters. I heard his album and recognized tons of licks from charlie parker, sonny rollins, miles davis, etc. I know of course that everyone does this, but not usually to the extent of Francesco. Sounds good though.

Well, he's only 16, what are you expecting? I mean, I you have to immitate before you can innovate.
