About a month ago, my private lesson teacher introduced me to these synthetic reeds. They are called Forestone Reeds (pronounced "forest" and "tone" put together). I was having trouble with every single cane reed I tried (La Voz, Gonzalez, Rico, and Vandoren). I tried these, and they were amazing. They have a great tone, and has the perfect amount of resistance IMO. I play them in both Jazz and Classical settings, but they have more of a Jazzy tone. Does anyone else play these? What do you guys think of these reeds?

I tried a few, and found them uncomfortable due to the thinner size, and not as good sounding as a cane or a Legere Signature. (Disclaimer: I since became a Legere endorser, due to trying out many different brands of synthetics and choosing LS as the best)

I'm glad you clarified the pronunciation, but it would be kind of neat if Forestone rhymed with destiny :)
