Stupid newbie question. I was looking at the studies (thank you very much for allowing me to share these) and in particular "Dom7 Chord Line using Your Ear" The first note is not achievable on my sax, what I am supposed to do when I see this. I have seen this before on sheet music and am never quite sure where to go. Any help is always appreciated.

In a case like that please play it one octave up.
