I always start with harmonics on flute, then tone matching to harmonics , then long tone warm up with low , mid or high end of horn. Then Trevor Wyes Machivellian studies, then either T and G or other tech books, then the etude books, Berbinger , Anderson. Some days when my back is hurt flute keeps my sax tech chops from going south. K
