...here's the thing. as i've said before, i've been using my cousin's saxophone. it has a rather large dent in its bell, and i was wondering if there's any possible way to fix that?

Take it to a sax technician/repair person, and have them do it. If it's on the bell, it's easily accessible so unless it's seriously nasty, nasty...it should not cost all that much to repair.

Don't try it yourself, and don't give it to someone who isn't a sax repair pro....

Bell dents are the easiest to remove, plenty of access and your working with a large area, also the stretched metal from the dent can be hidden better. Worse places for a dent are the neck.

So long story short yes it can be fixed

well that one requires soldering a patch.......
