Hey I have searched I was wondering common fingerings for.
Eb,E,F,F#. I voice everything with the front f key and I cant do that to fast. Some help would be nice. Please and thank you!

For Eb, finger F#3 and pop out an overtone - works best if you have a high F# key.

For E, I use octave, 2 in the left hand, 1 and 3 in the left hand, the Eb key, and sometimes the palm D key.

F: 1 and 3, 1 and 3, and Eb key. There a few ways to finger all of these ... I don't play the F# too often.
