Hi! I just got my Big B, I just love the tone!

Well, I am at post beginner to pre-intermediate stage, may someone help with me about the fingering of this alto? Especially the highest range and the lowest range, are there any major different to modern sax? The left small finger cluster seems a bit different too?

The only difference on the top end: no high F# key.
The only difference in the left little finger cluster: no tilting keys.

Of course the older horns will feel different and use different mechanics, but they use the same fingering system.
