I just took delivery of the matching 1940's Kohlert Winneden model as my overhauled tenor and the horn is in very good condition
with lacquer spotting throughout the horn the horn but not in an offensive manner. There is plenty of shine remaining on this project horn.
Nothing is seized and neck is in perfect form with no pull down or repairs at all. Even the neck cork is usable.
Although not playing it wouldn't take much to revive it as is but this is going to be completely overhauled and sonic bathed.
