Well I think he was just trying to figure out which edition is a good edition out there. When you look under Demersseman in "dorn pub dot com" they have a fantasie, the one Angel mentioned...... Eble music also has an online store now(I don't know how many of you know about it yet) and they don't have it listed under there. You also could very well contact Eble about the fantasie but they would probably want to know which version, which is the question he is trying to ask. Perhaps more specifically, the one on Claude Delangle's CD of history saxophone rep.

Remember, there are two fantaisie's by Demersseman for sax and piano. One is simply Fantaisie and the other is Fantaisie sur un theme original. The first is a short two pager and the second is the one found on Delangle's "Historic Saxophone" and Bornkamps "Devil's Rag: The Saxophone in 12 Pieces" (the 2nd disk of his 2 disk "The Classical Saxophone" set. Just throwing that out there for those that did not know. :D

Dorn Pub only has Fantaisie listed... so I'm not sure which one that is.

This is the edition of Fantaisie sur un theme original that I have seen several times, published by Hug & Co. It follows the recordings mentioned above.
