Hi all, I just wanted to give a shout-out to master repairman, Stephen Howard's book Saxophone Manual: Choosing, Setting Up and Maintaining a Saxophone. Although I'm not ready to fully tear down, tweak, and reassemble my own horns, I found it a very nice overview, which instilled me with more confidence to tackle minor issues with them. The book is beautifully illustrated and is written with expertise and humor. Steve has been very helpful to me personally, and while I wouldn't espouse bombing the dear man with email questions, he is willing to answer respectful inquiries when he can. Enjoy this fine manual!

Great book! I've had it for a few years now.
Another great publication that I have found very useful that covers all woodwind instruments is "The Complete Woodwind Repair Manual" by Reg Thorpe.
