Well, I hope I played it better than my vocals.

As a sad side note, I was on tour in the support band for Fats Domino when Roy Montrell dies, one day we were sitting in the tour bus playing tonk, the next day he was gone. Heroin.

While it is always better to play with people, has anyone found a backing track, midi, mp3 or otherwise to this one?

Listen to Red Tyler's baritone on this !

And for some more hot Lee Allen, check out the flip side of Specialty XSP-583, Oooh-Wow.

The whole band on this session is great. Clement Tervalon on bass was better known as a Creole trombonist. Edward Frank was a great pianist, any style. Frank Butler on drums…
