This is a ROY Charles (NOT RAY) saxophone, a Chinese made instrument sold by, I believe, a German company.
There is really nothing special about this or any other sax they sell (they don't make them).

Just a very cheap Chinese made sax, nothing wrong, per se, with it. Incidentally, RAY CHARLES played alto saxophone and was very good at it.

But that's a different story.

Yes, I did know he played the alto, heard a few of his recordings, he was gifted all round
