I appreciate your assistance, but LeBlanc's contact is on their websites and I have already contacted them, not that they are responsive, but I really would like to contact Yanagisawa directly. They do not have an email contact on treir website.

Last year, I inquired of leBlanc about buying a lower key guard for my SC902. I received an answer and a follow-up answer in a prompt fashion.

Bottom line was they would not sell to me directly and referred me to any local authorized Yanagisawa dealer. I found the closest store (Sam Ash in Canoga Park, CA) and after a ten-month wait, received my new key guard.

Prompt e-mail response, not-so-prompt dealer response. DAVE

You can't message them, but you can get a massage. Behold:

I had sent Yani a fax three years ago and they reacted within a few days via mail. Since this came from tech at Yanagisawa and not from a general account but from his company account I don‘t want to post it here. Guess he wouldn’t be to happy when his inbox overflows. Try a fax message. They may respond. The basic structure of their mail address is [email protected]
