To the many SOTW-ers in Texas, my new group, Progress, will be playing our second show at the Elephant Room in Austin this Sunday, 9:30pm. The first gig was a blast, and we've added a ton of new tunes by the band members, as well as some by Herbie Hancock, Roy Hargrove, and other funk/soul-jazz geniuses. It was great to see some of you at the last one, and if you can make it to this one too, we'll drink some beer on the set breaks!
