It looks like a Taiwnese Yani copy. Based on my personal experience and what I've read from a number of other members' experiences, the Taiwanese curvies leave much to be desired and the straight ones are much closer to the Yani/Yamaha standard.

By the way I have a Woodwind (WWBW) straight, two neck soprano for sale in excellent condition and recently adjusted, asking $400 plus shipping. If your are interested, PM me.
