Anyone who knows me- knows I'm proud of my students that become warriors!
My goals are to get the guys working ...and on it. ENJOY !:)

Ryan Anselmi is making me proud! Not only with his work with our co-led group NYC organ band- but with jazz legend Junior Mance! ( And the Gold Magnolias.)

LOOK AT THIS REVIEW IN DOWN BEAT!! :

Yeh Ryan! B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L !!!

The bari saxist Andrew Hadro is one of the strongest bari voices ; another student of mine too- And also mentioned!!

http://www.downbeat.com/digitaledition/2011/DB201112/single_page_view/98.html

These are two New School University students that are out there- doing it.

Ryan kept studying with me 2 years after New School graduation!!
He is part of a co-led band of mine as well that plays some jazz clubs in NYC on
a monthly basis.

Andrew was a member of Chico Hamiltons bands as well, and a member of our
" Kosmic Incubators" which played many times in the NYC jazz haunts like the
now closed " Puppets"...in Brooklyn! < I loved that club:cry: >

THIS REVIEW MADE MY MONTH!! Thanks guys- thanks.

Very nice! Brings back memories of Friday morning blues class with Junior Mance... OMG, that was 20 years ago!
