Well,you'll be going to a bricks and mortar place to actually meet the guy,play the horns and mouthpieces and pay him cash in person for the one you choose and walk out with. Pretty difficult to scam under those circumstances.

Haha that's true, it's just it will take like 2 hours of public transit and possibly the time of my music instructor if I visit that place and it ends up being something completely random or whatever.
