I've seen a lot of SDA's but never one with that kind of case. How early is it? This might have been something they used early on but of course its not the classic case associated with them.

no not a Superdynaaction case. That would have been a brown leather or faux croc case

Does not look like a Buffet case to me.

SDAs usually came in this case:

I have seen the occasional Earlier SDAs in a Crocigator style leather case, My Dynaction Tenor has the Buffet Branded Crocigator case, but my later Dynaction altos have the Orange/red SDA style case.
