Not nearly enough information

Take off the reed, pics of the inside etc...from this picture I can just tell you its a mouthpiece.

It is not my mouthpiece .Else i'd already know what it is.

It appears what you have done is enlarge a pic of a player, zooming in on the mouthpiece. If I am wrong please let us know.

As Phil stated, if this is all of the visual information you can provide on the mouthpiece, it's unlikely anyone can ID it with any sort of certainty.

Some mouthpieces can easily be called out due to their exterior shapes. However, you must understand that even within a single company the exterior mold is often used with different core configurations to create subtle or extremely different mouthpiece types. I think Fax pieces use Babbitt molds or at least used to. You can find many pieces with not only exteriors that look the same but some that use the exact same mold.
