Hi All!

I'm running a Digitech Vocal 300 into a Genz Benz Shenandoah Compak 300 acoustic amp. Using the Pitch and Whammy effects to get a lower harmony, the lower tone coming out of the amp has hiccups (?) every so often. Not sure if that's the right word, it cuts out and back in quickly. Seems to only happen when a lower harmony is programmed in and not with a higher harmony, however I think the common advice is your effect should should be lower as you get better tone that way. Any ideas?

I was running XLR cables in and out of the pedal to the amp. Problem seems not as bad using a 1/4" out to the amp instead. I also tried using the effect loop (out the back of the amp) with two 1/4" cables but it creates a constant low hum and the problem with the Pitch and Whammy is still there.

Any advice is appreciated about the hiccups with the effects or the best way to run the pedal to the amp, thanks!
