I'm a fan of Lelandais mouthpieces, which bought out Chedeville and used their blanks for their own pieces. I picked up what I believe is a Chedeville mouthpiece (based on the pattern around the bottom of the piece) that was being sold as an alto, but it's still a good 20+ cents flat pushed all the way in past the end of my cork and lipped up as much as I possibly can. I compared it to my Lelandais alto piece, and the Chedeville is significantly larger. It doesn't fit onto my tenor more than a millimeter or two. Did Chedeville ever make a C-Mel piece?

Oh, thanks for that. Missed it somehow. Looks like I got a C-mel. Super.
