Hi,
I don't know if there's already a topic about this. Anyway, how do you solo over Days of Wine and Roses? Looking at the chord progression, sometimes you would see there are some II-V's in it and other beautiful chord progressions, certainly in the beginning of the song. The piece is in concert F:

You can do a lot of different things here, from slow and funky to uptempo. I tried to find the big band chart I'm most familiar with, the one written for and featuring Kim Park, but could not find a You Tuba of it (in a fairly short search).

I was setting up an audition to play with an older very experienced jazz guitar player and his one question before meeting was, "how many keys can you play Wine and Roses in." LOL
