Do you mean who in SOTW? I certainly haven't. More generally, Otis Murphy has recorded the concerto and released it on his Song album.
My personal opinion of the work as a listener is that (1) it's not as good as Maslanka's saxophone sonata, and (2) like many of Maslanka's compositions that I've heard, it's somewhat uneven, with both great sections and some jumbled or seemingly unfocused passages. But if you have an opportunity to play it, I'd say go ahead for sure.
