Sheetmusicplus in the United States sells the book for $11.95. Postage to Australia is given either $3.49 (budget air), $5.99 (standard air) or $32.95 (express air). Tracking is expensive, and worth it for valuable consignments. I usually opt for standard air, and I have never had a problem. BTW, the book has 64 pages and in my view is great value.
