Dave Brubeck tour?

All I know is I'm seeing the DBQ TWICE this summer. Syracuse Jazz Festival in two weekends (free festival) & then at the Newport Jazz Festival in August. As much as I adore Dave, I'm just as excited to hear Bobby Militello for the third summer in a row, he is a MONSTER.

Bragging. I live a far ways from these places. I don't think I'll be doing any travelling either this Summer.

March Militello Concert in North East Ohio

Bobby will be in concert for one show only at Solon Senior High School in Solon Ohio on Friday March 14th 2008. His rhythm section will consist of Michael Moore, Randy Jones and Bobby Jones. Basically three quarters of the Brubeck Quartet with Buffalo´s Bobby Jones on keyboards.

It will be a great opportunity for those of us who are hip to Bobby Militellos alto and flute and are in or around the Cleveland Ohio area. Tickets should be available just after the first of the year. It´ll probably be a sell out.

He came to a theater that's like 4 blocks from my house. Trouble is, I was never a Brubeck fan.
