Had my theo wanne Datta through some heavy playing and i feel the datta is the new king of the high baffle beasts. For me its like a good Guardala MBII but fatter in sound, only just but its there to me.I love Guardalas,MBI, MBII and the King models but i find as most do the higher you go they can sound atad thin at times. The datta is bright but i love its compact vibe, reminds me of the compact DG King feel. The dattas projection is great but you can drop right off the pedal and it just follows.

Not the new MBII..... even better :)
Yes its great.I used mine on a mega loud gig lastnite and it was a joy to play.So easy on the chops.Intonation was great.I can feel a long term love affair with mine coming on.Love the enlightened ligature also.It reminds me of a MBII but with a fatter top end.

Actually, Mike MacArthur plays a Durga. I know because I bought his Datta about a month ago. I'm now selling the Datta after switching to Durga myself.
