It has been over 2 years since cryogenic freezing was the topic of a tread. Does anyone on SOTW have any experience with having their own sax cryoed? If so what were the results? Were there other changes made to the sax at the same time, such as an overhaul or repad? How much did it add to the cost?

What would this do?
It will fill the pockets of those who have found a new way to sell you a complete rehaul (with a considerable mark up) to the sax-mabo-jambo-mojo-believers (and it will empty the pockets of these last ones).

But, except playing the saxophone more or less well, it seems that superstition is another requiremement in order to be a true sax-fanatic.

When I die they are going to cryogenically dip my butt in a vat of that cold stuff and I am going to return in a hundred years to see if this thread is still going on.

No doubt I will find the names Voldemort, and his son Mortimer, forever etched in the annuals of myth and legend.

Until then, Mama Panadora, your box is a leaking.

Actually I am in the process of offering magnetic talismans to hang from a chain which has to be placed under the bow of your horn ( there's also a straight saxophone model, we are just puzzled on how to do a saxello model that is holding back market introduction and patenting...). It guarantees to improve the air stream and intonation, possibly it will influence in a positive fashion user's sex drive (and breath support) in both male and female players, will cure permanently baldness and help with weight controll (loss or gain according to one's needs) We are looking for investors......

Milandro, consider Rose Quartz or Hematite, to complement the Five Tibetans before gigtime.

Arrgh, now you tell me. I already invested all my money in a company that manufacturers mirror air fresheners for motorbikes.

:D wow that's a good idea! Can I take part to this deal? I am a sucker for a good deal.

Has anybody tried blessing the horns with holy water, they say it helps with low notes projection. ;)
