Cover songs and virtual bands
Does anyone know if musicians who participate in a virtual band are liable legally if the producer does not obtain a license for the cover song when it is posted online?

Cool!No, it's the publisher who publishes the recording, video or sheet music who is responsible for the legal part. Aka the person who uploads the video online.
Not the performer, actors or people in the video or recording.
