No, it's not a Conn stencil It lacks any uniquely Conn like features, and incorporates certain traits such as the single piece, spoon type side F# key design that Conn did not utilize.

Looks Buescher to me. Could be worth a few hundred as is. The pad are rivets and look OK BUTTTTT, they may be a poorly done job.

I agree. The old Buesher True Tones also had the button G#. The key guards also match the True Tone.
