I came across a listing for a Couesnon Monopole bari sax, and it has a low A, which I’ve never seen on a Couesnon bari before. The engraving and key guards match up with the other series II Monopoles I’ve seen. I suppose it’s not too far fetched, considering the low A alto floating around online a few years back, but it’s strange that I can’t find anything about a low A Couesnon bari online. Anyone have any thoughts?

The wavy guard looks very Cuesnon. What does the left pinkie table look like? If anything like the alto I owned it should play very in tune! Looks to be in great shape and worth checking out if the price is reasonable.

This looks like a unique specimen to me, never seen one like it. Maybe it's a prototype? I would grab it ASAP, if only for its rarity.

It would be interesting to know the serial number. This is probably located on the back of the LH pinkie table.
