Someone is selling this horn, I am thinking of buying as I am falling inlove with conn horns especially the tenor one. Condition is old, playable, some oxidation, silver plated original condition.

Any idea of the value, he is asking US1500

If the body is sound... no dents or dings, then that's a pretty good price. You can expect to need new pads and springs. So try to talk him/her down to 1400.
