I play a vintage 10M from the same era a few years later when they decided to start using metal sheet key guards....

I love it - it needs an over haul but its a great horn and i love it.

I hear from some people that the low A on a bari hinders it from having a massive sound - I'm not exactly sure why but yeah...

The only thing I'd say against this bari is the condition.

otherwise good luck man

I want to know where this cat gets the catalog number 13M for this baritone? Now correct me if there is some hidden information that has escaped my attention for years, but the low A Artist horn Conn produced has always been listed as an 11M model( vs. the no low A 12M).

Still, these are good players, and as long as you don't pay too much and there is no hidden damage, it should be a fine horn.

I think the original 11M was HP. The low A version is late 60s on, but apparently not highly rated. 13M? - no idea. This looks very odd.
