Its a USA produced horn and quality should be good on a bari. Price check ebay completed and a few online sellers for a rough average

conn 12M bari "E" serial
Hello,
I'd like to buy a Conn bari 12M which dates from about 1965 and has serial number starting with "E" . How about its quality? I know Conn saxes produced in Mexico are low level instruments. But how about the one I'm looking for, produced in Elkhardt? Could it be compared to "gold age" Conns? How much should I pay for it?
