*although I think the screw may induce a seizure

Except for those with seizure disorders
I think red/yellow/green would be best, controlled by the band leader.

Green: OK to solo
Yellow: Solo coming to an end soon
Red: STOP PLAYING!!
Flashing yellow: Solo with caution
Flashing red: Stop, then proceed to solo

This thread is a commercial, yes ?
We had a meeting from the German sax forum, and right before there was a discussion about whether or not high mass neck screws would improve the sound. Some guys (not me!) are very good at machining things and produced some screws to test. At least I did not note any difference in sound. However, the flashing high mass screw will still improve my stage appearance...
So, it´s just a tech joke, and not commercial.
