If anyone could point me in the direction of how to get some of the giants of classical saxophone without having to pay that would be great. I'm looking for recordings of guys like Fred Hemke, Don Sinta, Otis Murphy, Kenneth Tse, etc.
If you are looking for ways of being able to hear recordings of these artists, you can usually find recordings (with videos) of just about anyone posted on Youtube. Other than that you could check your local library and see if they have any of those artists amongst their collection or in the library system for you to check out.
Yup, youtube and your public library are the only 'free' places to look for recordings.
If you don't have a library card don't worry. You can get one of those for free too.
