Runaway by Del Shannon (Actually Freebird's a really good choice). Regardless of what you think of them, don't you reckon the Scissor Sisters are missing a 1970s Sanborn-ish solo in virtually every single they release!?
Classic Sax solo missing
What's your favourite classic R&R/R&B tune that doesn't have a sax solo, but really ought to have one?
Mine's "Don't Do It" by the 5 Royales. It's one of my all time favourite R&B songs and everytime I listen to it i just can't believe there's no tenor solo!
