Are any of you doublers using a clip-on mic on your clarinet? How do you fasten it? The clip of the Shure Beta 98 that I use on my sax won't hold on the bell of my clarinet, and I'd like to avoid buying another mic if I can help it. I was thinking about trying to rig something up with a lyre holder over the middle of the horn but I'm not sure how secure that would be, and how it would sound. Thoughts, ideas?
