We've just put up a set of combo charts - 4 Christmas carols for rhythm section and any combination of horns/strings (yes, sax parts!). Each consists of an intro, arranged head, solo section that includes a written suggested solo with chords for improv, and coda. They're aimed at church praise bands but there's no reason they can't be used for secular Christmas gigs, too.
The piano parts are completely written out so they can also be played by just piano and solo sax. The horn parts are provided in all transpositions (C, Bb, Eb).
