Chord Changes to "The Cat Walk"

I just got the Donald Byrd/Pepper Adams CD "The Catwalk". It's a great album. I found a transcription of Pepper's solo on the internet, but without chord changes. Does anyone know what the changes are? I got some ideas but I am not sure.

Thanks

I checked out the progression you posted. Oddly, the A section fits but the bridge is off. Investigating a little further, the chords posted are for the Gerry Mulligan tune Cat Walk, not the Donald Byrd tune. I haven't found the Donald Byrd tune in any real book.

Here is a link to the transcription of the theme and Pepper Adams solo
