I am 87 with Parkinsons disease and appreciate what it is to lose fingering
and wind. Pete has the fingers but he should put out the cigarettes that are obvious in his performance. I just bought an old Bundy alto that plays. I'll set it up and give it to a Middle school. $80 - can't go wrong on that.
I like Lush by Joe Henderson. Notice that he has the wind.

That would have been an interesting jam. It looked like Jeff Beck on guitar and was that Jon Cleary sitting at the piano????

I have heard several things by Peter King and I have always admired his playing. Anyone heard the Tribute to Charlie Parker with Strings album by the Charlie Watts group live at Ronnie Scott's? A bit of fun.

I think there is also some footage somewhere of Peter King playing on Parker's original Grafton floating around too.

He has an amazing technique! I actually have not heard of him until now. The main players I usually focus for technical studies are Parker and Woods.

Anyways, thanks for the clip! I loved every second of it!
