Saw this advertised...

From my research the bell keys suggest a more professional model but it doesn't have "Taiwan" in the banner under the Chateau engraving on the bell and weirdly has what seems to be a serial number here.

The bell brace may give someone a clue as it looks a little Jupiter-is to me.

There's no engraving under the thumb hook, nothing. Any ideas what the model number is? Is it worth $200 (if it's in good condition)?

Thanks for any help. :)

I have no idea what model it is but I've play tested on, actually a tenor, and it was the best, easiest to play, of a bunch of saxes I tried. I've heard a lot of good things about Chateau and I don't think you'll go wrong for $200.

I mean it's still $200 though. =)

I play Chateau horns; the YTA-753 and YTT-753 models which now are under their Series 90 top line horns (CAS-90 and CTS-90). Their higher end horns are amazingly good to be honest. The horn in those pics looks more along their older beginner line before their last model restructure. I mean if you have $200 to blow without much worry, I say go for it. But I think there is a pretty steep quality difference between their entry level line and their top end horns.
