Anyone seen any photos of Charles playing soprano sax with WAR?

Someone on eBay has a 1913 Conn curvy that they claim belonged to him. It has a very shallow neck curve, almost straight.

I kinda doubt it's his horn.
a) It's engraved CHARLES R. MILLER. Charles' middle initial was W. on his song credits.
b) People will tell you anything, but provenance is proveable.
