I need a case for my Chu Berry tenor sax. My main concern is how the split bell keys will affect the fit of the case. Any recommendations?

And also: does the Chu have a large enough bell flare to warrant going for the protec XL contoured case?

I like Pro Tec cases when it comes to anything with split bell keys.

My NW I tenor doesn't fit in the new 'standard' Pro Tec I have. Although I've never had problems with the older cases. So I would say either a new XL or an older Pro Tec case...if you're leaning towards a Pro Tec anyway.

The protec contoured fits my old NW Conn altos well. I would assume the tenor would be good too. Not a case for plane travel but great for most around town work. I keep all my altos in the original cases and keep my mouthpieces, strap, reeds, etc. in the protec. Whenever I need to take a horn, I just put it in the protec and after the job, back to the original cas.
