I've bought several items from them......mouthpieces, reeds, ligatures. Never a problem. Count me as a satisfied customer.

Everytime I order reeds form them I get them on time, but I ordered some Humes and Berg Stage fronts, that's what is taking so long. I do like the fact that you can actually still talk to a person there!!

Great place, I order reeds from them all the time! I even have their catalog somewhere around here... Good deals on just about everything!

a little pricey compared to my local music store on certain things. They quoted my uncle a guitar amp price and when he went in and tested the amp they told him $100 more then the quote. They have a great selection, though, of many items and if it's not in the store it almost always is in their waehose and can get in the store in a day or two.
