Trying to figure out what kind of sax I have here, picked up at a tag sale years back. It says "grand rapids" and "made in the usa" on it.

Also, 2nd question :)
do you know what kind of mouthpiece would fit/work? I don't have one.

Not a sax. It's a metal body clarinet. Most aren't worth much in dollar value but a few makes/models have a nice cutting sound quality nicely suited for playing dixieland jazz. No ideas on the manufacturer possibilities or mpc.

Looks like i'll still need a special mouthpiece for it, any ideas there?
Actually not at all...metal clarinets use a standard clarinet mouthpiece. You are, however, missing the barrel.



(the barrel is attached to the mouthpiece in this picture)
