yes, one of the cheaper Conn line.

In my opinion fixing this will cost way more than it is worth it, so OP has to decide whether he wants to invest a lot of money for the sake of preserving a horn that is a memory to him but has no intrinsic value, only a sentimental one.

Some parts appear to be missing, if they aren’t there they would have to be adapted or fabricated (at a even larger cost) , I am afraid this is beyond redemption. If OP is looking for a horn to play he would be able to buy even two with the money that it will cost him to fix this less than exciting one.

If you sell the neck and the pearls I am sure that you will get more money than selling the sax alone....

There is always the possibility to repurpose things like this ( the danger here is that someone would use it as a urinal and you can use tubas but not saxophones for this purpose), note that they had to shut the bell " inlet" because they obviously mistook its purpose!

I like that the sax bell is blocked so you can't pee in it.
