This looks like a generic-type alto piece from the 1920's and 30's. Without any other markings I doubt anyone will be able to tell you more than that.

These pieces came stock with horns from several makers. Many companies made them but they were all about the same--short shank, narrow tip, cavernous chamber with a low floor and massively scooped-out sidewalls. They tend to play best with a hard reed but even then their stereotypical sound is very dark and quiet.
