I recently bought this link for £30 (I figured this was cheap whatever the age).

It looks to be reasonably old but was wondering if someone could maybe give me a better idea of its age and value.

I believe it's just a modern day link that you can buy from woodwind and Brasswind, In the condition it's in you can probably sell it for 65-70$ assuming its never been played

Agreed but it has been played as you can see from the ligature scratching. The price dates (via my inflation time machine) it to quite a few years ago. Just Flutes now charge £129 so I'd say 30 years ago at least.

It looks early 80’s to me. These can be really good players, or tubby dogs.
