Why is it that a lot of these old saxes Im seeing look like conns?! lol. Might be a stencil? Looks cool though. Im really growing on the opposite side bell keys.

The low C cage and the G# key don't look to be a Conn. The neck may have a tuner thingy on it similar to the Holton Rudy models. No name at all? Show a photo of the serial number area to help.

Impossible to try to ID without the opposite side of the horn and a photo of the pinky table......as Bruce notes, a serial # might give a clue.
