I'll vouch for Scott Mandeville at Tim's Band Instruments in Sacramento. I just had my YTS-61 completely overhauled by him, based on the recommendations I read here. He's very good, knowledgable, friendly, honest and all of the other nice things that were said about him in the above thread. And, my sax has never played so good.

The Horn Shop, in Fresno, Ca does very good work. Technician Bob Stauffer can make your sax sing! I live in the Monterey area-and drive to Fresno when I need quality work done! Horn Shop tel: 559-276-2247 Bob has worked on my tenor and bari-both play very well!
